Scone Service

• Sourdough Melonpan - classic Japanese sweet bun, naturally leavened with sourdough starter 
• Roasted Cherry Scone - traditional British tea time pastry with seasonal fruit
• Yuzu Curd - tart and tangy Japanese citrus topping
• Fruit Jam - featuring fresh local farmer’s market produce
• Clotted Cream - thick cream spread made in-house 

Savories & Sandwiches

• Sunomono Sando - pickled cucumbers, cream cheese spread on Japanese shokupan 
• Curry Tart - Japanese homestyle vegetable curry in puff pastry
• Salmon Sando - smoked salmon schmear with micro greens and toasted nori on Japanese shokupan  
• Duck Sando - confit duck with umeboshi marmalade on rye bread 

Patisserie

• Pate à Choux - French cream puff with hojicha Chantilly cream, honey, and kinako craquelin topping
• Marjolaine - almond and toasted nuka rice bran dacquoise layered with matcha buttercream, chocolate ganache, and pistachio praline 
• Tartlet - caramelized figs with champagne cremeux and sesame nut butter

Wagashi

• Ichigo Daifuku - fresh strawberries and anko wrapped in shiratamako mochi 
• Yomogi Daifuku - mugwort mochi filled with adzuki red bean paste 
• Sakura mochi - sweet rice cake wrapped in pickled cherry leaf

Mignardise

• Butterscotch Caramel - chewy caramel with a hint of Japanese whiskey
• Chocolate Bonbon - hazelnut praline and miso ganache 
• Macaron - almond meringue cookie sandwich with rose buttercream and shiso pate de fruit filling

Take Home

• Shortbread Cookies - soba and black sesame buttery tea cookies
