About
Bring your own knife and learn traditional Japanese sharpening techniques under the guidance of a master sharpener from Inoichi. Participants observe and practice as the blade is finished to optimal sharpness, emphasizing mindfulness, precision, and respect for daily tools. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on-site, along with exclusive products from the vendor.

Entrance & Check-in
The entrance to all Casa Kyoto workshops can be found inside the lobby of our 5-story Office Tower.
Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled workshop session. All patrons will visit the check-in table, located outside of the entrance of the building, so please have your e-ticket(s) with QR code ready.
