Cooking with Care: Culinary Demonstrations for Caregivers

JACCC has partnered with Keiro to present a live-streamed, virtual culinary demonstration series that will feature nutritious and simple Japanese meals that can be prepared at home for aging parents or care recipients.  This is a free-of-charge workshop that is not to be missed so please sign up and join us!

• Explore new recipes that come from the convenience of one-pan meals.
• Identify ways to use the same ingredients to make different dishes and by using leftovers in creative ways.
• Learn how to alter recipes around various health considerations when preparing meals such as reducing sodium and sugar levels with substitutes or other ingredients.
