Free, with RSVP
Join us for free wellness workshops, mental health resources, and more. Bring your whole family and let's honor our feelings. Asian Mental Health Project (AMHP) and Take Action LA 2026 are proud to present the fourth annual one-day festival, a day of community, care, and conversation centered on mental health in the Pan-Asian community.
Taking place during the month of May as a celebration of both AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, this free, all-ages community festival will feature panel discussions, interactive art and movement workshops, live music, community resources, and more in the heart of Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
Come as you are. Move, listen, create, connect.
Let’s honor our feelings, together.
