Discover the art of sake with Shizuku Ishijima of Shinetsu Works Co. Ltd., visiting from Tsubamesanjo in Niigata, one of Japan’s most celebrated sake regions. In this intimate workshop, you’ll explore the art of sake tasting, learning how different vessels influence flavor and aroma. Central to the experience is the handcrafted MADOROMU sake cup by ThreeSnow, which reveals hidden colors as it’s filled, adding an artistic and playful dimension to each pour.
Presented as part of the Tsubamesanjo Artisan Fair, this workshop beautifully blends craftsmanship, culture, and discovery. Each participant will take home their own color-changing MADOROMU cup, a unique keepsake of both tradition and innovation.
Spots are extremely limited—reserve your ticket today for a sake experience you won’t find anywhere else.
