Join Chef Niki Nakayama of n/naka, a two-star Michelin chef in Los Angeles renowned for her mastery of Japanese cuisine, and Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, pioneering a new craft in the world of sake at IWA, in the Hida Mountains foothills near Toyama, Japan. Mr. Geoffroy will join guests to provide insight into his journey alongside Chef Niki Nakayama and Chef Carole Iida Nakayama as they share the inspiration behind this once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience. Dinner will be held at n/naka, 3455 Overland Avenue, Los Angeles, on Friday, June 7th. Limited seats are available for one night at 5 pm and 8 pm.
The cost per person is $1,200 plus tax and tip (separate). IWA sake beverage pairings are included; other beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages, are available for separate purchase.
