Mondays | April 21 & 28
Group Sound Bath: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Garden Lounge: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
$35.00 (+$3.50 fee)
Start your week energized and relaxed—get out of your head and connect to your heart.
Escape the noise of daily life and find calm in the Garden of the Clear Stream (Seiryu-en), part of the award-winning James Irvine Japanese Garden. Begin at the tsukubai, a stone basin symbolizing purification, before joining a deeply restorative sound bath led by Iris Esmeralda, Mental Health Therapist (AMFT) turned Holistic Practitioner.
Let the soothing tones of meditative instruments ease your mind and body as you reconnect with yourself and the peaceful surroundings. Cross the wooden bridge—symbolizing release—and emerge feeling renewed. Afterward, enjoy traditional Japanese refreshments and small bites, available for purchase, as you unwind in the garden lounge.
Please bring a yoga mat. A limited number will be available to rent or buy.
Begin your week grounded and at peace in one of L.A.’s most historic Japanese gardens. Reserve your spot today.
