Let JACCC Executive Chef Gary Matsumoto prepare a complete feast for 6-8 guests, featuring Koji-Marinated Roast Turkey, Candied Japanese Sweet Potatoes, and Yuzu Cranberry Sauce, all ready for easy curbside pickup.
Pre-order by November 25 (extended date!) to secure your grab-and-go dinner, available for quick and safe pickup between 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on November 25, and between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm on November 26. Enhance your celebration with a delectable Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake and a curated selection of wines, thoughtfully paired to complement your dinner.
Only 30 set dinners and 20 cheesecakes are available. Order early for an effortless and unforgettable Thanksgiving.

A selection of wines (subject to change) is available as an optional add-on until Monday, November 24, 2025. On the pre-order page, simply check the box next to each wine you’d like to include. Wine prices exclude sales tax.
Wine purchases are processed separately from your online pre-order. After your online pre-order has been purchased, a staff member will contact you to collect payment for the wine(s). Please note: you must be 21 or older to order alcohol, and a valid ID is required upon wine pickup.

About Chef Gary Matsumoto

Born and raised in Southern California, Gary returned to the area in 2022 after spending almost thirty years in Hawaii. A graduate of the University of Southern California and the Kapiolani Community College Culinary Arts program, his experience in food and beverage runs the gamut of the industry. Training and progressing in the kitchen at Alan Wong’s Honolulu, he has also served as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and consultant, across a spectrum of different properties.
Curbside Pick-up
Curbside pickup will be available on San Pedro Street, directly in front of the Japanese American National War Memorial Court. Upon arrival, please present your order ticket(s) with the QR code, and a staff member will bring your purchased items directly to you.
For your reference, here is a map of the designated pick-up spot.
You may pick up your purchased items anytime between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
