Trivia Contest Rules

To enter for the chance to win two (2) tickets to a JACCC event of your choosing (selection will be provided), individuals must answer the monthly trivia question correctly. A trivia question will go live on the 1st of each month, and entries will close at 12:00 pm on the last day of the month. One winner will be randomly selected from eligible correct entries and notified by email on the next working day following the close of entries.

Employees of JACCC, or a member of the immediate family of any such employee, are not eligible to enter.

Release of Liability: JACCC will not be responsible for lost, late, torn, mutilated, or misdirected mail and email. By participating, the winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless JACCC and each Sponsor, and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Indemnitees”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this contest, as well as any other claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any act or omission by an Indemnitee, or from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or participation in any giveaway-related activity or participation in this contest.

Prizes are non-transferable, and there will be no substitutions on any prizes (except that JACCC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value). No conversion to cash privilege.
