The first year of "DŌ (The Way): Traditional Japanese Arts for Young Adults" ended on February 17th. Throughout the program, culture-bearers guided students in kadō (flower arrangement), sadō (tea ceremony), shodō (calligraphy), and origami, fostering their artistic and leadership skills. Twenty-five shoshinsha (beginner) students will hold their first exhibition showcasing their artworks to celebrate the end of the first term.
JACCC is enrolling students for the second term, offering a stipend of $500 per year. Click here for more details.
