About

Learn the Okinawa tradition of Bokashi composting! Bokashi is an anaerobic process that uses the special additive to ferment your food waste—including meat and dairy—into a healthy nutrient rich soil. It’s easy, quick, and doesn’t smell! This method uses a mix of microorganisms to decrease smell, increase the speed of decomposition, and support the growth and health of all plants and trees.
