n/soto, a California Japanese Izakaya with a focus on market driven product, will pop-up for a temporary residency at JACCC’s brand new Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center prior to opening in Mid City LA later this fall. The team from n/soto, led by Chef Yoji Tajima (Yojisan Sushi, Sushi House Unico), will create a tasting menu that provides a preview of the various dishes, flavors, and concepts that will appear on n/soto’s menu. Dinner will be served in JACCC’s Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center, directly adjacent to the beautiful James Irvine Japanese Garden where you will be able to enjoy a beverage al fresco before sitting down for dinner.
We hope to highlight our local Japanese American community by immersing diners in a unique culinary experience right here in Downtown LA’s Little Tokyo. Together, we aim to tie together local cultural connections and tell stories that highlight the community.
